We can build, rebuild and repair most general aviation wings. 
Wings rebuilt in our shop include:

After your wing is rebuilt or repaired our paint facility can paint your wing the original
color or any other color you select.

Our Manufacturing Equipment is Custom built and extremely precise!

Flight Control Surface manufacturing and repair equipment like this is available nowhere else.


Shown below are photos of our equipment.  Some of the machinery and fixtures were designed and fabricated in-house by our Aviation experts.

This 
 fixture table "freezes" all the components in perfect alignment as if it were already  riveted together.  We have fixtures designed for various parts such as ailerons, flaps, rudders, vertical stabilizers, elevators and  wings.

Specialization   

BELOW:   This fixture is designed for one express purpose; it is an alignment fixture for a Piper PA-24 stabailator trim tab.  The unit looks simple,  but, it took years to perfect.  This Piper trim has seven ribs.  It tapers in both width and thickness from one end to the other.  The taper works from the bottom side, while the top side does not.  As a consequence it tends to want to "twist" while fabricating.  This fixture eliminates this tendency.

BELOW:  Fabricated parts for a very unusual airplane:   Anderson Greenwood AG-14.  A fully certified aircraft designed around the 1950's.  There were only about a half dozen manufactured.  We are sort of their "parts depot".

BELOW:  Another example, early cessna 182 cowl flaps - most of the cowl flap was made from "scrach".  Many parts are no longer available from the manufactures.  We can fabricate them for you, and at a reasonable price.

Examples

Here are examples of damaged and corroded parts.  Many where taken from aircraft which where still operating under these dangerous conditions.   We completely disassemble the control or unit, perform a complete inspection, replace all unairworthy parts, glass bead, and etch prime-inside and out.  If parts are no longer available, we can fabricate them to manufactures specs. in our facility.  All work includes  paperwork required by the FAA.
