An arbor press set up to make the a small bend required in the fabrication of a Cessna lower aileron skin Fixture designed exclusively for the fabrication of Piper PA-24 stabilater trims. This fixture took years to perfect. PA-24 trim has 7 ribs. The Trim itself tapers in length. It also tapers in thickness on the bottom side, while the top remains level. With all of these factors involved, the trim tends to twist in the process of fabrication. The RJ Dauhn alignment fixture eliminates that problem.

BELOW: Fabricated parts for a very unusual airplane:
Anderson Greenwood AG-14.

A fully certified aircraft designed around the 1950's. There were only about a half dozen manufactured.
For the AG-14, we like to call ourselves "the AG-14 parts depot".

Another example

Early Cessna 182 left and right cowl flaps. Most of these cowl flaps were made from scratch.
Many parts are no longer available from the manufacturers. We can fabricate them for you, and at a reasonable price.

Corrosion is the enemy of every aircraft and every pilot.
This is a matter of life and death

Here are examples of damaged and corroded parts.
Many were taken from aircraft which were still operating with these parts. These are dangerous conditions!
We completely disassemble the control or unit, perform a complete inspection, replace all unairworthy parts, glass bead, and etch prime-inside and out.
If parts are no longer available, we can fabricate them to manufacturer's specifcations in our facility.
All work includes paperwork required by the FAA.
